Consent to Receive Advertising Communications

I hereby, as the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject"), in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" (as amended and supplemented), freely and voluntarily give my consent to LLC "TES LAB" (address: 117 186, Moscow, Nagornaya St., bldg. 3A, floor 5, room I, office 40, INN: 7 727 489 644 — hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which owns the website tes.store/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), for the purpose of receiving advertising newsletters and for processing my personal data for such purposes under the following conditions:
 
1.     This consent is given for:
1.1. Receiving advertising newsletters via the following methods:
·       SMS newsletters;
·       Push notifications;
·       Email;
·       Telecommunications networks, including through the use of telephone, fax, and mobile radio communication;
·       Messages in social networks (VKontakte and Odnoklassniki (LLC "Mail.Ru")), as well as messengers like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Viber.
1.2. Processing the following data:
·       Information about the email client;
·       Information about the browser being used;
·       Data on clicks on links within emails;
·       Geolocation information;
·       IP addresses from which the user opens an email.
1.3. Receiving:
·       Informational/advertising messages about upcoming events and news from the Company, its partners, and counterparties;
·       Informational/advertising messages about advertising campaigns, services, products, and goods offered by the Company, its partners, and counterparties.
I hereby guarantee that the subscriber phone numbers I have provided on the Site belong to me. In the event that I discontinue using a phone number listed on the Site, I undertake to inform the Company. If I provide a subscriber phone number belonging to a third party on the Site, I guarantee that I have obtained their consent to receive advertising newsletters from the Company in accordance with this Consent.
 
2.     To achieve the purposes of data processing, the Company entrusts the following categories of third parties to process the provided personal data:
·       Mobile network operators;
·       Social network owners;
·       Messaging app owners.
3.     Advertising newsletters and the processing of personal data will continue until the individual unsubscribes by clicking the special "Unsubscribe" link included in each newsletter or by submitting a corresponding request to the current email address specified in the "Contacts" section at https://tes.store/

4.     The consent to receive advertising informational materials remains valid until the processing of personal data is terminated, as outlined in paragraph 3 above.
