Consent to Receive Advertising Communications

By this Agreement, I, the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject"), being a User of the "KAIYI CONNECT" Mobile Application, freely, on my own volition and in my own interest, hereby provide my consent, pursuant to Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated March 13, 2006 "On Advertising" (as amended), to the Limited Liability Company "Tri Tocki" (LLC "Tri Tocki"), OGRN 1147746433405, INN 7729770064, registered at 3A Nagornaya Street, Floor 5, Premises I, Room 40, Moscow, 117186, Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), owner of the website https://ttri.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), to receive advertising messages and to process my personal data for the aforementioned purposes, under the following terms:

1. This consent is granted for:

1.1. Receiving advertising messages via the following methods:

- SMS messaging;

- Push notifications;

- Email;

- Telecommunication networks, including via telephone, fax, mobile radio communications;

- Messages via social networks (VKontakte and Odnoklassniki (LLC "Mail.Ru")) and messaging apps WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber;

1.2. Processing of the following data:

- Information about the email client used;

- Information about the browser used;

- Data on link clicks within email messages;

- Geolocation data;

- IP addresses from which the user opens email messages.

1.3. Receiving:

- Informational and advertising-informational messages about upcoming events and news from the Company, its partners, and contractors;

- Informational and advertising-informational messages about promotions, services, products, and goods offered by the Company, its partners, and contractors.

I hereby guarantee that the subscriber phone numbers indicated by me on the Website belong to me. In the event that I cease using a phone number previously provided on the Website, I undertake to notify the Company accordingly. By providing a phone number on the Website belonging to a third party, I guarantee that I have obtained prior consent from such third party to receive advertising messages from the Company in accordance with this Agreement.

2. For the purposes of data processing, the Company may entrust the processing of the provided personal data to the following categories of third parties:

- Mobile network operators;

- Owners of social networks;

- Owners of messaging platforms.

3. Advertising messages and personal data processing shall continue until the individual unsubscribes from the mailing list, either by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the distributed emails or by sending an appropriate request to the current email address listed in the "Contacts" section at https://ttri.ru/

4. This consent to receive advertising and informational materials shall remain valid until the cessation of personal data processing as specified in Clause 3.
