Consent for Processing Personal Data
I, as a User of the website "KAIYI CONNECT", voluntarily and in my own interest, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", hereby give LLC "Tri Tochki" (address: 117186, Moscow, Nagornaya St., bldg. 3A, floor 5, room I, office 40) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") my consent for the processing of my personal data under the following conditions:
1. I permit the processing of the following personal data:
Last name, first name, middle name;
Gender;
Date, month, and year of birth;
Place of birth;
Email address;
Mobile phone number;
Geolocation data of the Transport Vehicle;
Information about the Transport Vehicle (VIN, make, model, color, year of manufacture, etc.).
2. I voluntarily and in my own interest give consent for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
Registration as a User on the "KAIYI CONNECT" website, with the possibility of receiving services as a User thereafter;
Entering into and performing contractual relations between the User and the Company;
Sending messages via the website's support service;
Receiving from the Company information about its services, participating in promotions, surveys, and research conducted by the Company and its partners, including (but not limited to) conducting surveys and research via electronic and telephone communication;
Receiving additional services from the Company and its partners, including (but not limited to) advisory services, including for the purpose of entering into contracts/agreements with other parties in the future.
3. I agree to receive informational newsletters (advertising messages) containing advertisements for goods and services offered by the Company and its partners, sent to my contact details, including my email address and mobile phone number (including messenger accounts linked to it such as WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc.).
4. The processing of personal data is carried out both with the use of automated tools and without them (mixed processing).
5. For the purposes outlined in paragraph 2 of this Consent, the Company has the right to process my personal data using the following methods:
Collection of personal data through the "KAIYI CONNECT" website;
Recording (including recording on electronic media);
Systematization, accumulation, storage, listing, marking, clarification (updating, modifying), extraction, usage, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
6. I give my consent for the Company to provide my personal data to third parties in the necessary scope to achieve the purposes stated in paragraph 2 of this Consent.
In particular, I give my consent and confirm that the Company may transmit my personal data to:
Organizations listed in the section "Perechen_3_lic_PD" on the "KAIYI CONNECT" website;
Dealer centers listed in the "Legal Documents" section on the "KAIYI CONNECT" website.
Personal data is transferred to the aforementioned third parties under the terms of concluded agreements containing provisions on ensuring confidentiality and data security in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
This includes giving consent for the provision of my personal data to third parties whose personal data storage systems fully comply with current legislation; who are responsible for secure server access to storage and data processing through an encrypted VPN channel according to GOST standards; and whose servers are under constant monitoring by antivirus protection for vulnerabilities; and whose data storage systems are located in isolated networks.
7. This Consent for the processing of personal data becomes effective from the moment it is given and remains valid until the objectives specified in paragraph 2 of this Consent are achieved.
8. I am aware that I have the right to revoke this Consent for the processing of personal data by sending a written notice to the Company at least 30 (thirty) calendar days before the revocation date. At the same time, I understand and acknowledge that the Company will cease processing and delete the User’s personal data if their retention is no longer required for achieving the purposes outlined in paragraph 2 of this Consent.
9. I am aware that I have the right to contact the Company requesting the cessation of advertising messages addressed to me. The Company is obligated to immediately stop any informational newsletters (advertising messages) containing advertisements for goods and services offered by the Company and its partners sent to my contact details.
I am also aware that I have the right to submit a written request to the Company for information regarding the processing of my personal data (in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 14 of the Russian Federation Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"). Consent can be revoked upon written request by the User.
10. I confirm that I have read the Company's Policy on the processing of personal data, which defines the conditions for processing and ensuring the security of personal data, the obligations and responsibilities of the Company in relation to such processing. The personal data processing policy is available on the website.
